Delivery Timeframe
Order received and confirmed before 4 PM are shipped on the same day. Orders received after 4 PM are processed and shipped the following day. Shipments are only processed after verification.
Shipment Tracking
All shipments are dispatched via a traceable courier. A tracking number will be shared shortly after order is placed on the provided mobile number or email.
Delivery Charges
Dynarca provides free nationwide delivery for orders paid online. For COD orders, 250-rupee delivery charges will be applied. For International orders, shipping fee will be charged as per courier’s policy.
On rare occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur. Your business is important to us, so if your order is unexpectedly delayed, feel free to contact customer support for assistance.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged item or an unsatisfactory quality product, you can easily contact our customer support team at support@dynarca.com to claim a refund by returning the unworn product to the Dynarca’s Warehouse and vice versa for exchanges.
Return/Exchange Period
Customers have a 3-day window from the day of delivery to easily exchange their products.
Eligibility for Return/Exchanges
- Products purchased during any sale, promotion, or special offer are not eligible for returns, refunds and exchange.
- For an exchange or return, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
- Please note that personalized, custom-made, and final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Return and Exchange Process
To exchange, simply reach out to our customer support at support@dynarca.com or WhatsApp. Include your order number, the items you want to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
After that customer needs to send the shipment back via any courier service to the Dynarca’s Warehouse address for exchange and stay in touch in our customer support.
